C. Personal Data Collected by the Service Provider
1.Data received directly from Service Applicants or Members, including birthdates, national ID numbers, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, SMS, and other personal data necessary for service provision, communication, or identification purposes.
2.Data acquired or accessible from other sources related to the Service Applicant or Member, such as government agencies, financial institutions, affiliated entities, online platforms, public sources, or individuals and entities with legal relationships with the Service Provider.
3.Service-related data introduced by Service Applicants or Members, including messages, images, videos, and other content used within the Product services.
4.Statistics on user interactions with Product content, such as data on views, engagement, and access patterns related to content uploaded by Service Applicants or Members.
5.Cookies and similar technologies may be used to gather information on user preferences, usage patterns, and service interactions. Anonymous data may be shared with third-party analytics providers, such as Google, under applicable privacy protection standards.

D. Purposes for Data Access, Storage, Collection, Retention, Processing, Usage, and Disclosure
1.To facilitate contracting, service applications, service provision, product development, or product-related management.
2.To conduct research and analysis on Service Applicant and Member environments, enabling service improvement, secure access, and the provision of suitable services.
3.For marketing purposes, including the distribution of product and service offers, news, recommendations, and promotional materials.
4.To evaluate and approve product service requests from Service Applicants and Members, including identity verification.
5.To provide specific Product services as required.
6.For payment collection, invoicing, and service renewal reminders, as well as compliance with Product usage terms.
7.To comply with applicable legal regulations, guidelines, or directives issued by regulatory authorities and to fulfill legal obligations, including compliance with court orders or official requests.

E. Consent and Authorization for Data Access, Storage, Collection, Retention, Processing, Usage, and Disclosure
1.Service Applicants and Members must agree to the service terms available in the application form or other registration channels and voluntarily consent to the Service Provider’s access, collection, retention, processing, usage, and disclosure of personal data for Product services.
2.Service Applicants and Members must submit true and accurate personal data through the Product’s system, which will be treated as voluntary consent to the Service Provider’s access, collection, retention, processing, usage, and disclosure of personal data as specified in this notice.
3.The Service Provider does not guarantee the accuracy of data, and incorrect information may result in incomplete service functionality or legal issues.
4.If a Service Applicant or Member provides third-party data, they must notify the third party of this notice and obtain any necessary consents.
5.Personal data is required for identity verification; refusal or withdrawal of consent may prevent complete access to Product services.

F. Personal Data Retention Method
1.The Service Provider’s system includes access control, identity verification, and restricted access rights to personal data, ensuring secure storage of personal data on compliant servers or Product systems.

G. Data Retention Period for Personal Data Access, Storage, Collection, Retention, Processing, Usage, and Disclosure
1.Personal data remains the property of the data owner, which includes Service Applicants or Members, throughout the contract period. After contract termination, data is retained in the system for three months before deletion unless renewed by the Service Applicant or Member.

H. Rights of Personal Data Owners
1.Verification, updates, or corrections to registered personal data.
2.Requests for viewing, accessing, copying, transferring, or disclosing personal data.
3.Requests for deletion, withdrawal of consent, or cessation of personal data access, retention, processing, usage, or disclosure.
4.Service termination implies the cancellation of consent for personal data access, collection, retention, processing, usage, and disclosure.
5.Objection rights regarding data access, retention, collection, processing, usage, and disclosure.
